REC is the UK's largest independent peer support community for people affected by ketamine addiction, bringing together more than 750 members from across the globe through a dedicated WhatsApp support network.

Established in April 2024, REC was born from the Reddit community r/KetamineAddiction, where people were increasingly turning to one another for understanding, advice and hope. What began as an online discussion forum has since grown into a thriving, compassionate community that provides daily peer support, encouragement and practical guidance for navigating both recovery and the physical harms associated with prolonged ketamine use.

The group offers a safe, non-judgemental space where members can share their experiences, celebrate milestones, seek support during difficult moments and connect with others who truly understand the challenges of ketamine addiction. Alongside the main community, REC is connected to a range of dedicated support spaces and regular ketamine-specific online meetings.
